At BLKBRD SHOEMAKER, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted footwear isn't a perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes back in their original luxury packaging, ensuring all dust bags, shoe horns, and certificates are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outer box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
