How long does it take to craft a pair of BLKBRD shoes?
Each pair is handcrafted by our master artisans. Standard orders typically take 3 to 4 weeks to complete, while custom Made-to-Order (MTO) pairs may take up to 6 weeks.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our premium footwear worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on standard stock items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in unworn, pristine condition. Please note that custom Made-to-Order items are final sale.
What construction methods do you use?
BLKBRD Shoemaker specializes in traditional high-quality constructions, including Goodyear Welted, Blake Stitched, and Hand-Welted methods, ensuring durability and comfort.
Can my shoes be resoled in the future?
Absolutely. Because we use traditional welted constructions, our shoes are designed to be fully resolable by any competent cobbler, allowing them to last for many years with proper care.
